The name Chyameya Bumu̹ S̺ihe is derived from the Sylvin language, as Chyameya Bumu̹ S̺ihe was founded by Trëmèqth, who was culturaly Rattu.

Chyameya Bumu̹ S̺ihe was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1366, by Trëmèqth. The establishment of Chyameya Bumu̹ S̺ihe was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Chyameya Bumu̹ S̺ihe's construction back out of the project. Trëmèqth pushed on reguardles, and Chyameya Bumu̹ S̺ihe was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
